With a great musical experience of 25 years, this quartet features a unique and explosive mix of world music. A subtle blend of Bluegrass, Folk, Irish and Jazz influences….performed on banjo, mandolin (& guitar), saxophone and bass.
The Louvat Bros. won the « 2012 Liz Meyer Award » at the EWOB convention - European World of Bluegrass in Netherlands. This prize awards the most innovative Bluegrass group in Europe. They appeared in many concerts and festivals throughout Belgium, Europe but also in the United States (three times at the Oklahoma International Bluegrass Festival, at the IBMA showcase in Louisville, during the Grand Ole Opry and at the Station Inn in Nashville).
